Nature of the service
Global Management PR LLC is a private financial and social advisory firm. We are not a government agency and we do not officially represent FEMA, HUD, USDA, the IRS, the PR Treasury or the PR Department of the Family. Our service is to guide you, prepare files and follow up on procedures before those entities.
Eligibility
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident in the United States or Puerto Rico. If you act on behalf of another person, you must present a valid notarized power of attorney.
Fees
The initial audit is free. Any subsequent service is engaged through a written and signed proposal that details scope, deadlines and fees. We do not charge commissions on the funds you receive; our fees are flat or hourly.
Your obligations
You agree to provide truthful, complete and timely information. We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by inaccurate documentation or by regulatory changes outside our control.
Intellectual property
All texts, graphics, templates and documents produced by Globalmanagementpr are the property of Global Management PR LLC, protected by United States copyright law. Their commercial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the engaged service during the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or lost income.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with fifteen days written notice. Services already rendered will be billed up to the effective termination date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the San Juan Judicial Center, unless the parties agree to prior mediation.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date.
