Who we are
Global Management PR LLC ("Globalmanagementpr", "we") is a financial and social advisory firm registered in Puerto Rico, headquartered at 268 Ponce de León Ave., Suite 1104, Hato Rey, San Juan, PR 00918. We process your personal data in accordance with Puerto Rico Act No. 111-2005 on Personal Information in State Databanks, the HIPAA Act (where applicable), the EU General Data Protection Regulation if you visit us from the European Union, and the California Consumer Privacy Act for California residents.
Data we collect
We only collect the data necessary to handle your request: name, email address, message, preferred language, date and time of submission, and the approximate IP address used to send the form. If you decide to share additional information when speaking with a counselor, that data is stored in an encrypted file accessible only to authorized staff.
How we use your data
We use your data to: (1) answer your inquiry and schedule your free audit; (2) prepare and follow up on files before federal and state agencies if you hire us; (3) comply with accounting and anti-fraud duties required by OCFI and the PR Department of Treasury; (4) send communications related to your case. We never sell your data to third parties.
Who we share your data with
We share information strictly with: (a) the government agencies needed to process your case, always with your signed authorization; (b) technology providers under confidentiality agreements (web hosting in the U.S., encrypted email, electronic signature); (c) authorities, when a final court order exists.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy. We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2: by default, no advertising or analytics cookie is set until you give explicit consent.
Your rights
You can request, at any time, access, rectification, deletion, portability or objection to the processing of your personal data. Write to privacidad@globalmanagementpr.com with your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
Retention period
We keep files for the duration of the professional relationship and, afterwards, for six years to comply with Puerto Rico accounting and tax obligations. Simple inquiry data is deleted after 24 months.
Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption for all communications, encrypted storage at rest (AES-256), multi-factor authentication for staff and annual security audits performed by an independent firm based in San Juan.
